1. Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
2. Offer personalized shopping experiences by suggesting tailored store journeys.
3. Facilitate client orientation and provide comprehensive service information, including promoting the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
4. Address and resolve client complaints efficiently and courteously.

1. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a luxury environment.
2. Fluent in English, with proficiency in a third language considered advantageous.

2. Strong service orientation and ability to work in a high-end retail setting.
3. Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
4. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light to moderate loads.

Entry-level experience in customer service, ideally in a luxury setting.
