- Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a guest.
- Offer personalized shopping experiences by suggesting tailored store journeys.
- Provide comprehensive information and promote the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card.
- Welcome and guide clients within the store environment.
- Collect and address customer complaints effectively.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and some Sundays.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong service orientation.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to remain composed and responsive in a fast-paced environment.
Entry-level experience in customer service, preferably in a luxury or high-end environment.
Full-time positions available with a 35-hour workweek, distributed over four working days with three days off. Opportunities to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.
