1. Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
2. Provide personalized shopping experiences based on clients' interests and preferences.
3. Support the Client Relations Managers in client reception, orientation, and service within the store.
4. Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card, to clients.
5. Assist clients in navigating the store and offer guidance as needed.
6. Address and resolve client complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
