- Serve as an ambassador for Le Bon Marché's services, welcoming each client as a valued guest.
- Provide personalized shopping experiences based on clients' interests and preferences.
- Support the Client Relations Managers in client reception, orientation, and service within the store.
- Promote and develop the store's services, including the 24 Sèvres loyalty card, to clients.
- Assist clients in navigating the store and offer guidance as needed.
- Address and resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong service orientation with the ability to cater to a discerning clientele.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and proactive with a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to respond swiftly to client needs.
Entry-level experience in customer service, particularly in a high-end setting.
The position offers a fixed-term contract until July 31, 2025, providing an opportunity to work in a prestigious luxury retail environment.
