- Lead, motivate, coach, and support the sales team within the Beauty department.
- Conduct individual and group meetings to develop team competencies and track objective achievement.
- Enhance commercial performance by analyzing and managing key performance indicators.
- Ensure optimal customer service and hospitality aligned with sales and service standards, implementing action plans to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Human Resources for team management, recruitment, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
- Facilitate internal communication by relaying information to and from teams.
- Coordinate with Buyers on commercial operations and merchandising decisions.
- Foster partnerships with brands within the sector.
- Oversee collection logistics, optimize stock management, and maintain inventory organization.
- Organize and conduct inventory audits.
- Ensure product presentation and maintenance of the sales area.
- Commercial training background with initial experience in the sector.
- Demonstrated leadership and result-oriented mindset.
- Passion for sales and fieldwork with strong commercial acumen.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, and audacious personality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of service and customer focus.
- Teamwork oriented with good listening skills.
- Recognized for organization, reactivity, and adaptability.
- Interest in the Beauty industry.
- Proficiency in English.
- Availability to work Saturdays and some Sundays.
