1. Welcome and assist clients at the Beauty Institute.
2. Manage incoming phone calls.
3. Schedule beauty treatments, optimizing occupancy across all brands.
4. Coordinate with brand representatives to ensure seamless client appointments.
5. Promote, advise, and sell the institute's services and products to clients in person or over the phone.
6. Deliver high-quality service to satisfy clients, adhering to sales and service standards.
7. Establish rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits and foster loyalty.
8. Enhance client satisfaction and manage complaints effectively.

1. Previous successful experience in reception or within a beauty institute.
2. Sensitivity to the world of beauty and wellness, with a desire to enhance client experiences.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
