3. Perform preliminary tasks, basic preparations, shaping, and finishing of bakery products.
4. Maintain daily operations of the bakery lab, including equipment upkeep and workspace cleanliness.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels.

1. Currently enrolled in a CAP Boulangerie or Complementary Mention in Bakery program.
2. A strong passion for the art of baking.
