1. Assist the Head Baker and team in the production of bakery items, adhering to provided guidelines.
2. Select and measure ingredients for product preparation.
3. Perform preliminary tasks, basic preparations, shaping, and finishing of bakery products.
4. Maintain daily operations of the bakery lab, including equipment upkeep and workspace cleanliness.
5. Monitor and manage inventory levels.

1. Currently enrolled in a CAP Boulangerie or Complementary Mention in Bakery program.
2. A strong passion for the art of baking.

2. Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-end environment.

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners in the field.
