Le Bon Marché B2B Partnership Sales Executive

- Manage and maintain the existing client portfolio, providing tailored advice to meet their needs.
- Create and deliver commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to organize production and shipment according to client specifications and deadlines.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of deliveries, conducting debriefs with clients.
- Handle client disputes, escalating to superiors as necessary.
- Communicate insights to relevant departments to enhance processes.
- Respond to tenders and incoming requests, ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Prospect new international partners in alignment with strategic directives.
- Participate in trade shows and events to explore potential market opportunities.
- Present new products or services to clients and prospects.
- Update pricing and catalogs in the relevant software.
- Create and update client-facing books and communications.
- Generate invoices and send them to clients.
- Consolidate revenue data and update reporting and KPIs.
- Conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.
- Monitor contracts and essential documents for commercial transactions.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar B2B commercial roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong client service orientation.
- Proactive and persuasive with excellent organizational skills.
- Dynamic, reactive, and able to prioritize effectively.
A minimum of three years in a similar B2B commercial role, ideally within the food and hospitality sector.
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
