Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the existing client portfolio by advising on suitable offers.
- Create and deliver commercial proposals to clients.
- Coordinate with internal departments to organize production and shipment of orders.
- Monitor delivery quality and quantity, and conduct client debriefings.
- Handle client disputes and escalate as necessary.
- Provide feedback to improve processes.
- Respond to tenders and incoming requests.
- Prospect new partners, especially internationally.
- Participate in trade shows and events for potential expansion.
- Present new products or services to clients and prospects.
- Update pricing and catalogs in relevant software.
- Prepare and update client communications and books.
- Generate invoices and send them to clients.
- Consolidate revenue and update reporting and KPIs.
- Conduct strategic and competitive intelligence.
- Manage contracts and essential transaction documents.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- First experience in similar B2B commercial roles.
- Interest in the food and hospitality industry.
Skills
- Proactive and persuasive with strong customer service orientation.
- Dynamic, reactive, organized, and able to prioritize.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
- Fluent in English.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Education Requirements
Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
