Assistant Tailoring Workshop Manager

1. Assist the workshop manager in daily operations and collaborate closely with the fitting and alteration team.
2. Ensure continuity of workshop activities in the manager's absence.
3. Master sewing techniques and execute alterations with precision.
4. Support sales advisors by providing relevant information on alteration possibilities.
5. Properly use and maintain workshop machines, reporting any malfunctions.
6. Support the workshop manager in liaising with service providers and managing client relationships.
7. Coordinate external service providers, including dispatching items, quality control, and organization.
8. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to optimize workshop organization and operations.
9. Effectively resolve unforeseen situations and make appropriate decisions in the absence of the manager.
10. Provide clear and concise reports to the workshop manager detailing significant events and actions taken.

1. Significant experience in a tailoring or alteration workshop.
2. Proficiency in sewing techniques.
