1. Manage a team of approximately fifteen staff members, including Commis, Servers, Chefs de Rang, and Maître d’Hôtel.
2. Organize, distribute, and oversee the team's work, setting individual and collective objectives.
3. Coach and train team members daily, fostering team spirit and motivation.
4. Communicate directives and prepare team schedules, recording attendance.
5. Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
6. Drive the restaurant's commercial strategy, ensuring high-quality customer service in alignment with the company's culture.
7. Conduct competitive analysis and engage in customer service.
8. Facilitate communication between clients, kitchen, and other departments such as Marketing and Catering.
9. Oversee the restaurant's supply policy, including ordering products, controlling billing, and managing stock.
10. Handle supplier disputes.
11. Manage the restaurant's financial performance, organizing and controlling inventories, and monitoring shrinkage.

1. Commercial and/or hospitality management education.
2. Proven management experience in a restaurant setting.
