- Coordinate the deployment of experiences with internal teams, considering internal processes and constraints.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of experiences in terms of planning, internal organization, budget management, stakeholder follow-up, and obtaining necessary permits.
- Set up ticketing systems, including visual collection, wording, and event sheet creation.
- Organize customer reception in-store.
- Manage logistics related to experiences and guest arrangements.
- Pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
- Interest in culture and event management.
- Proactive and able to propose innovative ideas.
- Strong communication skills in French and English.
- Organized and capable of working in a project-based environment.
Entry-level, suitable for beginners.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Master 1 or 2) in Business or a related field.
Opportunity to work in a hybrid mode, combining in-office and remote work.
