1. Assist Project Managers in preparing photo shoots and compiling product information documents from the Style Office.
2. Coordinate product logistics, including collection, dispatch, and return, in collaboration with Commercial Departments, the Style Office, the production service of the agency, and transporters.
3. Manage catalog captions by drafting from information gathered from Commercial Departments and ensure accurate communication to the agency.
4. Support Project Managers in validating captions with Commercial Departments and integrating corrections.
5. Aid Project Managers in organizing in-store photo shoots, ensuring security, technical arrangements, and dressing rooms are in place.
6. Distribute necessary elements to Press, Internet, Internal Communication, and CRM Departments for their respective materials.
7. Ensure the proper placement of catalogs within the store.
8. Participate in competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and the creation of agency briefs.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
2. Genuine interest in image-related professions, communication, fashion, and particularly in publishing.

1. Strong organizational and rigorous approach to tasks.
2. Excellent command of French.
3. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
4. Proactive and responsive in a fast-paced environment.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising (in progress).

Hybrid working mode with a flexible schedule of 4 days on-site and 1 day remote.
