- Assist Project Managers in preparing photo shoots and compiling product information documents from the Style Office.
- Coordinate product logistics, including the gathering, dispatch, and return of products, in collaboration with Commercial Departments, the Style Office, production service, and transporters.
- Manage catalogue captions by drafting them based on information from Commercial Departments and ensuring accuracy and clarity before sending to the agency.
- Support Project Managers in validating captions with Commercial Departments and integrating corrections.
- Aid in organizing in-store photo shoots, ensuring security, technical, and logistical arrangements are in place.
- Distribute necessary elements to Press, Internet, Internal Communication, and CRM departments for their respective materials.
- Ensure catalogues are properly displayed in-store.
- Develop and manage media kits, including rate grids and catalogue distribution, for supplier negotiations.
- Participate in competitive analysis, benchmarking, and agency brief creation.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
- Genuine interest in image, communication, fashion, and particularly in publishing.
- Recognized for rigor, organization, and responsiveness.
- Excellent command of the French language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork and interactions with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in basic functions of InDesign.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
