1. Assist Project Managers in preparing photo shoots and consolidating product information from the Style Bureau.
2. Coordinate product logistics for photo shoots, liaising with Commercial Departments, Style Bureau, production services, and transporters.
3. Manage catalog captions, drafting them from information gathered from Commercial Departments and ensuring accuracy and clarity.
4. Support Project Managers in validating captions with Commercial Departments and integrating corrections.
5. Assist in organizing in-store photo shoots, including security, technical arrangements, and dressing rooms.
6. Provide necessary elements to Press, Internet, Internal Communication, and CRM departments for their materials.
7. Ensure catalog placement within the store.
8. Develop and manage media kits, including rate grids and catalog distribution, for supplier negotiations.
9. Participate in competitive intelligence, benchmarking, and creating agency briefs.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising.
2. Genuine interest in image, communication, fashion, and particularly in publishing.

1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent command of the French language.
3. Proficiency in basic InDesign functions.
4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or Advertising (in progress).
