Le Bon Marché Assistant Product Manager - Private Label

- Participate in the development of La Grande Epicerie's product offerings within the Private Label sector.
- Engage in sourcing, competitive analysis, and product assortment definition in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
- Assist in the development of new products, including recipe creation, packaging, and market launch.
- Contribute to the organization of product tastings, tender launches, and product selection.
- Support negotiation preparations with suppliers and participate in negotiations.
- Maintain communication with the internal Quality department and external suppliers.
- Analyze weekly commercial performance, conduct numerical analyses of product ranges, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the purchasing manager and buyer.
- Lead bi-monthly product tasting committees to continuously improve product ranges.
- Collaborate with the internet and social media teams to update the online store, product descriptions, and communications.
- Enrolled in a business or food industry school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship starting September 2025.
- Possess initial experience as a product manager or buyer.
- Demonstrated passion for gastronomy.
- Recognized for rigor, methodology, and priority management skills.
- Exhibit curiosity and proactivity, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Entry-level experience required, ideally with some exposure to product management or purchasing.
