1. Participate in sourcing, competitive analysis, and product assortment definition in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
2. Assist in the development of new products through the execution of the workload plan, including recipe creation, packaging, and sales launch.
3. Contribute to the launch of tenders, organize tastings, and select products.
4. Aid in preparing and participating in supplier negotiations.
5. Maintain liaison with the internal Quality department and suppliers.
6. Participate in weekly commercial performance analysis, conduct numerical analysis of product ranges, and propose corrective actions in collaboration with the purchasing manager and buyer.
7. Lead bi-monthly product tasting committees as part of continuous improvement of product ranges.
8. Collaborate with the internet and social media teams for updates on the e-commerce site, product arguments, and communications.

1. Enrolled in a business or food industry school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship starting September 2025.
2. Previous experience as a product manager or buyer.
