- Participate in sourcing, competitive analysis, and product assortment definition in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
- Assist in the development of new products, including recipe creation, packaging, and sales launch.
- Contribute to the launch of tenders, organize tastings, and select products.
- Support in preparing and participating in supplier negotiations.
- Maintain communication with the internal Quality department and suppliers.
- Analyze weekly commercial performance, conduct numerical analyses of product ranges, and propose corrective actions with the purchasing manager and buyer.
- Lead bi-monthly product tasting committees to continuously improve product ranges.
- Collaborate with the internet and social media teams to update the online store, product arguments, and communications.
- Enrollment in a business or food industry school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship starting September 2025.
- Previous experience as a product manager or buyer.
- Passion for gastronomy.
- Recognized for rigor, methodology, and priority management skills.
- Demonstrates curiosity and proactivity with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
