Le Bon Marché Assistant Product Manager

- Participate in the construction of the product offering for the private label sector within the Purchasing Department.
- Engage in sourcing, competitive analysis, and product assortment definition in collaboration with the purchasing manager.
- Assist in the development of new products through the execution of the workload plan, including recipe creation, packaging, and sales launch.
- Contribute to the initiation of tenders, organization of tastings, and product selection.
- Support the preparation and participation in supplier negotiations.
- Maintain coordination with the internal Quality department and suppliers.
- Participate in weekly commercial performance analysis, conduct numerical analysis of product ranges, and propose corrective actions with the purchasing manager and buyer.
- Lead bi-monthly product tasting committees as a project manager to continuously improve product ranges.
- Collaborate with the internet and social media teams to update the e-commerce site, product arguments, and communications.
- Enrolled in a business or agro-food school or equivalent university program, seeking an apprenticeship starting September 2025.
- Possess initial experience as a product manager or buyer.
- Passionate about gastronomy.
- Recognized for rigor, methodology, and priority management.
- Demonstrates curiosity and proactivity, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Entry-level experience in product management or purchasing is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business, agro-food, or a related field.
