- Provide exceptional customer service and advice.
- Manage training and skill development by gathering training requests, tracking staff training, and organizing brand training sessions.
- Lead and manage the sales team through organizing sales challenges and managing team meetings.
- Oversee uniform and scheduling needs, including ordering uniforms, compiling approved absences, estimating recruitment needs, and constructing reinforcement schedules.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring adherence to grooming standards.
- Coordinate and support operational tasks, including preparing and leading quarterly meetings, managing cash operations, and opening/closing stores as needed.
- Implement merchandising strategies and manage stock, ensuring commercial operations are executed and collections are rotated effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and reporting by creating workshops and drafting key performance indicators.
- Manage cross-functional and after-sales service issues, including technical, cleaning, and architectural matters.
- Organize and oversee monthly inventory schedules and conduct bi-monthly random inventories.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a business school or equivalent, ideally with a focus on commerce.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably with team management responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail, energetic, and proactive.
- Fluent in English.
Entry-level experience in sales, with some exposure to team management.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or related field.
