1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of a team of 20 within the bakery department.
2. Implement and communicate commercial strategies to achieve set objectives.
3. Train team members, ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
4. Participate in production and supervise laboratory operations.
5. Collaborate on the creation and development of new products and ranges with the Head Baker and marketing team.
6. Develop technical sheets and ensure product quality control.
7. Manage stock levels, place orders, and source new raw materials.

1. Formal training in culinary arts with at least 5 years of relevant experience in pastry and bakery.
2. Proven management experience.
