1. Manage defective items within the department, including product repair tracking, SAP article processing, merchandise flow verification, repair cost tracking, and credit receipt management.
2. Monitor E Attestation processes.
3. Participate in advertising and press activities, including product information transmission for catalogues and sample provision for photo shoots.
4. Support commercial operations and order entry for the buying office.

1. Bachelor's degree in commerce, fashion, or a related field from a recognized institution such as IFM or a fashion school.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Illustrator, and Photoshop.
2. Fluency in English.
3. Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

6. Curiosity and a keen sense of product trends.
