1. Welcome and assist customers, identify their needs, and offer a wide selection of wines and spirits.
2. Advise customers, support their choices, provide persuasive sales arguments, and perform complementary sales to foster customer loyalty.
3. Ensure the attractiveness and proper maintenance of the department by participating in product setup, restocking, cleaning, and highlighting products.
4. Participate in tastings prior to purchasing and assist in organizing tastings by winemakers, with opportunities to propose and lead tastings for customers.
5. Engage in daily department activities, including inventory management and order preparation.

1. Currently enrolled in a complementary sommelier program or equivalent.
2. Customer-focused with the ability to share knowledge and passion for products.
3. Possess a strong sense of service and commercial acumen.
