1. Act as a brand ambassador to clients and lead the team in this endeavor.
2. Participate in setting individual and collective objectives and communicate them to the team, fostering team spirit and motivation.

4. Supervise the management and quality of the commercial offer and customer service, proposing and implementing action plans based on quality visit results.
5. Ensure the merchandising standards of the department and consistency of the assortment by supervising stock management.

7. Actively participate in managing various projects.
8. Contribute to the implementation of commercial operations and layout adaptations.
9. Assist in sales analysis and implement corrective actions to develop revenue in collaboration with the Sector Manager.
10. Participate in inventories and their control.
