1. Act as a brand ambassador to clients and inspire the team to follow suit.
2. Participate in setting individual and collective objectives and communicate them to the team, fostering team spirit and motivation.
3. Contribute to defining customer service objectives.
4. Supervise the management and quality of the commercial offer and customer service, proposing and implementing action plans based on quality visit results.
5. Ensure the merchandising standards of the department and consistency of the assortment by overseeing stock management.
6. Monitor and guide teams in adhering to Hygiene, Quality & Environment standards.
7. Actively engage in managing various projects.
8. Contribute to the implementation of commercial operations and layout adaptations.
9. Assist in sales analysis and the implementation of corrective actions to boost revenue in collaboration with the Sector Manager.
10. Participate in inventory activities and their control.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent university program.
