1. Assist in the opening of the fish section, ensuring product placement adheres to expiration dates, stock management, labeling, delivery organization, and daily restocking.
2. Provide high-end customer service by advising clients based on their needs.
3. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to promote additional sales.
4. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish section.
5. Support in closing duties and contribute to daily operations, including cleaning, hygiene compliance, and inventory management.

1. Currently enrolled in a CFA fishmonger training program.
2. Previous successful experience in a similar role.
