1. Assist in the opening of the fish counter, ensuring product display adheres to expiration dates, stock management, and daily replenishment.
2. Provide high-end customer service by listening to and advising clientele.
3. Prepare and present products, offering tastings to boost complementary sales.
4. Animate and maintain the vibrancy of the fish counter.
5. Support closing activities, including cleaning, adherence to hygiene standards, and inventory management.

1. Currently enrolled in a CFA fishmonger training program.
2. Previous successful experience in a similar role.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
3. Dynamic, proactive, curious, autonomous, and versatile.

Entry-level experience required.
