1. Identify and analyze the need for evolutions or dysfunctions in tools and work methods, ensuring timely implementation in collaboration with project leaders.
2. Organize user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and document solutions for user delivery, providing necessary training.
3. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including business, production, and solution providers, regarding project progress.
4. Manage the relationship with the Service Desk, ensuring service levels are maintained and improved through regular follow-ups and procedure development.
5. Provide Level 2 user support for application use and associated work methods, analyzing anomalies and addressing root causes.
6. Communicate anomalies to solution providers when necessary and evaluate their criticality, alerting supervisors as needed.
7. Identify recurring dysfunctions and propose solutions to address issues at their source, updating documentation and identifying training needs.

1. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Initial experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
2. Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
3. Curiosity, methodical approach, and organizational skills.

Entry-level experience in a similar role is required.
