1. Identify and analyze the need for application improvements or address malfunctions, coordinating with users and project managers.
2. Plan and oversee the implementation of solutions, organizing testing phases with business units.
3. Document and deliver solutions to users, providing training as necessary.
4. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
5. Manage the relationship with the Service Desk, ensuring service levels are maintained and improved.
6. Conduct regular follow-ups with the Service Desk team and develop procedures for handling requests and incidents.
7. Provide Level 2 support to users, analyzing and addressing application anomalies.
8. Communicate anomalies to software vendors and propose solutions for recurring issues.

1. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Initial experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in data flow management tools and anomaly management systems such as JIRA or BUGNET.
2. Familiarity with JavaScript, Web Services, HTML5 in UNIX/ORACLE environments.
3. Knowledge of GOLD software and SQL is advantageous.
4. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Entry-level experience in a similar position is required.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
