1. Manage customer alteration requests for both Women's and Men's Fashion sectors.
2. Participate in fittings, providing expert advice to clients on necessary alterations, ensuring adjustments are tailored to individual body shapes.
3. Perform necessary markings and pinning, execute alterations, select appropriate materials, and ensure quality control and finishing touches, including ironing.
4. Contribute to the daily operations of the Atelier.
5. Maintain a high level of service, discretion, precision, and teamwork in interaction with a discerning clientele.

1. Formal training in couture or related field.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.

5. Proficiency in professional English.

A minimum of three years in a similar alterations or tailoring role is required.
