Le Bon Marché After‑Sales Advisor (Alternance)

1. Respond to after‑sales enquiries and complaints from store staff, telephone, email and post, ensuring timely and professional handling of each case.
2. Manage and update daily administrative and accounting dossiers related to after‑sales (credits, refunds) and ensure follow‑up with store teams, accounting and purchasing assistants.
3. Coordinate with store departments and sales advisors to communicate the status of ongoing after‑sales files and ensure resolution.
4. Proactively support clients to secure satisfaction and retain loyalty; promote store services, brands and customer advantages where appropriate.
5. Create and maintain SAV reference documents, including procedure lists and supplier contact directories; ensure regular updates.
6. Propose improvements to after‑sales processes and client experience to the manager.
7. Welcome, onboard and participate in the training of new team members.

1. Enrollment in an apprenticeship/alternance program starting September 2026 (contrat d'apprentissage).
2. Ideally a first professional experience in after‑sales or customer service.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong client orientation and diplomacy.
4. Result‑oriented with a collaborative team spirit; proactive and adaptable.
5. Fluent English.
