Le Bon Marché Administrative Assistant

- Enter supplier invoices into the system.
- Analyze, correct, and validate supplier invoices prior to payment.
- Manage payment deadlines.
- Update and maintain supplier database information.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of invoice data before accounting.
- Handle various administrative tasks such as correspondence and phone calls.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally SAP.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work reactively and with commitment.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, ideally with prior exposure to similar administrative roles.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for a flexible balance between remote and on-site work.
