- Manage the administrative and accounting operations for a designated sector under the supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager.
- Input supplier invoices into the system.
- Analyze, correct, and validate supplier invoices prior to payment processing.
- Handle payment schedules and deadlines.
- Update and maintain supplier data in the database.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of invoice data before accounting.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally SAP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
Entry-level experience is acceptable, though prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
The position offers a hybrid working model, allowing for a balance between remote and in-office work.
