Le Bon Marché Administrative Assistant

- Input supplier invoices into the system.
- Analyze, correct, and validate supplier invoices prior to payment.
- Manage payment schedules.
- Reference and update supplier data in the database.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of invoice data before accounting.
- Handle various administrative tasks including mail, phone calls, and miscellaneous duties.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive, committed attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally SAP.

Entry-level experience in a similar administrative position is ideal.
