1. Receive and verify invoices, ensuring alignment with purchase orders and understanding discrepancies.
2. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable aging reports.
3. Monitor and issue client invoices.

5. Create and update client and supplier databases.
6. Manage supplier relationships, including billing issues, follow-ups, disputes, and payment terms.

1. Higher education in Accounting, Audit, or Finance (equivalent to a Bachelor's degree).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable.
3. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

1. Organized, meticulous, and proactive.
2. Intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).
3. Strong communication skills and IT agility.
4. Willingness to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

A minimum of 3 years in accounts payable is required, ideally with 5 years of experience.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Audit, or Finance.
