1. Process supplier invoicing flow.
2. Create and maintain supplier records in SAP.
3. Ensure the accuracy of entries in the supplier invoicing flow for assigned departments.
4. Address invoicing anomalies in SAP.
5. Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
6. Analyze and justify supplier accounts, ensuring follow-up and reminders.
7. Monitor exceptional payments such as advances.
8. Track Dailly invoices by brand.
9. Manage supplier account conditions, including unlocking and resolving conditional invoice disputes.
10. Monitor invoicing flow evolution with the Deputy Accounts Payable Manager according to internal processes.
11. Communicate and exchange information with the immediate supervisor.
12. Analyze and justify the VAT DEB declaration.
13. Manage intercompany store accounts.
14. Participate in departmental activities.

1. Diploma in auxiliary accounting (BTS level).
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

2. Proficiency in accounting procedures, VAT rules, and software tools (Excel, SAP, Word).
3. Reliability, versatility, and innovation.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
5. English proficiency is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar position is required.

Diploma in auxiliary accounting (BTS level).
