1. Create and manage supplier accounts.
2. Accurately calculate and timely process sales commissions in accordance with company policies.
3. Verify, adjust, and validate sales data.
4. Prepare commission reports and analyze discrepancies.
5. Participate in monthly and annual financial closings.
6. Manage invoices and supplier payments.
7. Coordinate team activities.

1. Diploma in accounting (BTS, DUT, Licence, etc.).
2. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a commercial or retail environment.
3. Experience in a travel agency is a significant advantage.
4. Fluency in French (oral and written).
5. Intermediate proficiency in English.
6. Proficiency in at least one Asian language: Mandarin, Cantonese, or Japanese.

1. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, accounting software).
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Customer service orientation and ability to manage priorities.
5. Adaptability and intercultural sensitivity.
6. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, ideally within a commercial or retail setting. Experience in a travel agency is highly advantageous.
