Laureus Major Donor Fundraising Manager

- Coordinate all high-net-worth (HNW) individual activities, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping.
- Support key staff in communication and activities with HNW individuals.
- Develop and enhance partnerships with organizations for mutual benefit, including Richemont maisons and other Laureus partners.
- Revise and develop an annual calendar of events to support outreach and stewardship of HNW supporters.
- Encourage and support HNW supporters in creating their own fundraising activities.
- Provide first-class stewardship to the International Council/Friends of Laureus group.
- Collaborate with program colleagues to create donor engagement opportunities, including program visits.
- Work with talent team colleagues to engage Laureus Academy Members and Ambassadors in HNW engagement.
- Stay informed on best practices in HNW donor engagement and stewardship.
- Proven track record of high-value fundraising experience (£100k+).
- Experience building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
- Experience in developing or contributing to HNW fundraising campaigns.
- Strategic approach to planning donor journeys and stewardship programs.
- Proficient in using donor databases for tracking contacts and income.
- Skilled in writing tailored proposals and impact reports.
- Experience in organizing bespoke donor events and networking opportunities.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support strategic involvement.
- Understanding of and connections to the philanthropy sector.
Proven track record of high-value fundraising experience (£100k+) and experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
