Laureus Major Donor Fundraising Manager

1. Coordinate all high-net-worth (HNW) individual activities, ensuring effective communication and record-keeping.
2. Support key staff in communication and activities with HNW individuals.
3. Develop and enhance partnerships with organizations for mutual benefit, including Richemont maisons and other Laureus partners.
4. Revise and develop an annual calendar of events to support outreach and stewardship of HNW supporters.
5. Encourage and support HNW supporters in creating their own fundraising activities.
6. Provide first-class stewardship to the International Council/Friends of Laureus group.
7. Collaborate with program colleagues to create donor engagement opportunities, including program visits.
8. Work with talent team colleagues to engage Laureus Academy Members and Ambassadors in HNW engagement.
9. Stay informed on best practices in HNW donor engagement and stewardship.

1. Proven track record of high-value fundraising experience (£100k+).
2. Experience building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
3. Experience in developing or contributing to HNW fundraising campaigns.
4. Strategic approach to planning donor journeys and stewardship programs.
5. Proficient in using donor databases for tracking contacts and income.

1. Skilled in writing tailored proposals and impact reports.
2. Experience in organizing bespoke donor events and networking opportunities.
3. Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and support strategic involvement.
4. Understanding of and connections to the philanthropy sector.

Proven track record of high-value fundraising experience (£100k+) and experience in building long-term, trust-based relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
