Laureus Junior Production Manager

- Support the production of the annual Laureus World Sports Awards event and show.
- Develop and manage Laureus' 360 communications output, including video, social media, and digital content.

- Research and propose production angles and stories for the Awards show.
- Manage the integration of a Line Producer into the overall production.

- Align broadcast content with social and digital media requirements.
- Source and secure licensing for archive footage and content.
- Manage external and third-party content-focused relationships.
- Lead pitches for segment funding and deliver promoted packages for Spirit of Sport.
- Collate and evaluate data and performance statistics across all media platforms.
- Support the annual Laureus Awards Media Evaluation and present monthly performance indicators.
- Provide logistical support for events and shoots, including travel arrangements.
- Oversee internal event documentation and provide support to the Communications Executive Team.
- Degree-level education in a relevant subject.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in event delivery or media/content production.
- Proficiency in a wide range of computer and digital programs.
- Understanding of social media and the media landscape.
- Excellent written and presentational skills.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Some experience in event delivery or media/content production is required.
