Krug Social Relations and HR Operations Manager

- Oversee the management of social relations for Veuve Clicquot and Krug, ensuring compliance with social law and legal obligations.
- Cultivate constructive dialogue with trade unions and ensure the effective operation of social bodies such as CSE and CSSCT.
- Support and guide managers to enhance the quality of social dialogue and manage disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to company agreements by all stakeholders.
- Monitor social indicators and produce periodic reports and dashboards.
- Assist operational managers in team management, including recruitment, integration, training, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR procedures and legal standards related to health, safety, and working conditions.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as GPEC, QVCT/RSE, and SST.
- Maintain personnel files and employment contracts, ensuring their compliance.
- Collaborate with occupational health services to manage health and safety dossiers.
- Update HR databases and ensure accurate reporting.
- Advise management on social aspects of projects and changes, contributing to strategic HR projects.
- Develop and conduct HR training sessions and contribute to internal communication on HR and social topics.
- Embody and promote the company's values and culture.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
- Strong command of social law and HR management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage complex social relations and negotiations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on social relations.
Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
