1. Oversee the management of social relations for Veuve Clicquot and Krug, ensuring compliance with social law and legal obligations.
2. Cultivate constructive dialogue with trade unions and ensure the effective operation of social bodies such as CSE and CSSCT.
3. Support and guide managers to enhance the quality of social dialogue and manage disciplinary procedures.
4. Ensure the implementation and adherence to company agreements by all stakeholders.
5. Monitor social indicators and produce periodic reports and dashboards.
6. Assist operational managers in team management, including recruitment, integration, training, and performance management.
7. Ensure compliance with HR procedures and legal standards related to health, safety, and working conditions.
8. Participate in cross-functional HR projects such as GPEC, QVCT/RSE, and SST.
9. Maintain personnel files and employment contracts, ensuring their compliance.
10. Collaborate with occupational health services to manage health and safety dossiers.
11. Update HR databases and ensure accurate reporting.
12. Advise management on social aspects of projects and changes, contributing to strategic HR projects.
13. Develop and conduct HR training sessions and contribute to internal communication on HR and social topics.
14. Embody and promote the company's values and culture.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.

1. Strong command of social law and HR management.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Ability to manage complex social relations and negotiations.
5. Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on social relations.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent.
