1. Assist in organizing international and local events.
2. Oversee administrative, logistical, and operational aspects of event and PR projects.
3. Coordinate with international markets.
4. Manage press requests including visits, press releases, interviews, and media coverage.
5. Provide editorial and operational support for communication materials such as presentations, reports, press kits, and invitations.
6. Manage listings and inventory (POSM, bottles, etc.).
7. Support daily operations of the department and assist direct and cross-functional teams.
8. Aid in consolidating and analyzing press coverage.

1. Enrollment in a Master's program in Business, Communication, or a related field with a specialization in Communication and/or Events.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.
3. Strong writing skills in both French and English.
4. Analytical, curious, and creative mindset.
5. Fluency in French and English.
6. Interest in luxury, wine, and gastronomy.
7. Familiarity with Adobe Suite is desirable.
8. Critical thinking.
9. Adaptability.
10. Team spirit.
11. Flexibility.

At least one year of experience in a communication or event-related role, gained through internships or apprenticeships.

Master's degree in progress in Business, Communication, or a related field.
