- Assist in organizing international and local events.
- Oversee administrative, logistical, and operational aspects of event and PR projects.
- Coordinate with international markets.
- Manage press requests including visits, press releases, interviews, and media coverage.
- Provide editorial and operational support for communication materials such as presentations, reports, press kits, and invitations.
- Manage listings and inventory (POSM, bottles, etc.).
- Support daily operations of the department and assist direct and cross-functional teams.
- Aid in consolidating and analyzing press coverage.
- Enrollment in a Master's program in Business, Communication, or a related field with a specialization in Communication and/or Events.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills in both French and English.
- Analytical, curious, and creative mindset.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Interest in luxury, wine, and gastronomy.
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite is desirable.

At least one year of experience in a communication or event-related role, gained through internships or apprenticeships.
Master's degree in progress in Business, Communication, or a related field.
