- Provide support to the Enology Development Manager on Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) topics, including participation in QSE Committee meetings and deployment of QSE actions on-site.
- Conduct field audits, analyze non-conformities, and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
- Assist in the preparation of certification audits and update operational procedures and protocols.
- Monitor QSE indicators within the Enology department.
- Coordinate enology development projects, including bibliographic research, experimentation, and comparative tastings with the Tasting Committee.
- Lead continuous improvement projects with the Circle of Winemakers.
- During harvest, oversee vinification trials, monitor vineyard activities, and conduct analyses in the Maison's laboratory.
- Interest in viticulture, wine, and Champagne.
