- Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to the team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage planning, shifts, and holidays for the Welcome Lounge team.
- Ensure team members adhere to grooming standards and company policies, fostering a positive work environment.
- Oversee management of staff uniforms and IT equipment.
- Conduct talent performance management and one-on-one meetings in line with HR guidelines.
- Enhance existing services and promote the development of new ones to enrich customer experience.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering personal shopper services when requested.
- Track individual and group travelers using digital tools.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on client requests received via email and phone, coordinating with the Tourism Marketing Team.
- Collaborate with partners to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor and report on the in-mall image consistency with brand guidelines to the Marketing team.
- Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to merchandising storytelling and tracking sales and client feedback.
- Develop and engage clients in the loyalty program, managing subscriptions, points accumulation, and rewards redemption.
- Passion for luxury hospitality.
- Organized and flexible multi-tasker.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 4 years of guest services experience in a luxury environment.
- Strong relational skills.
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus.
- Team leadership and management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively towards common goals.
- Proactive and positive approach.
A minimum of 4 years in guest services, preferably within a luxury environment, with experience in managing large teams.
