The company is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager for its production site in Périers, Normandy.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plant.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
- Manage the supply and sanitation of industrial water on site.
- Monitor and optimize the functionality of installations, analyzing the quality of incoming and outgoing products.
- Control laboratory equipment and installations, identifying anomalies and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage stocks of consumables and chemicals, ensuring their replenishment.
- Supervise the analysis of water quality, interpreting and formalizing results.
- Identify potential risks and impacts, alerting relevant internal and external parties.
- Plan and supervise first-level maintenance and schedule interventions for installations and equipment.
- Manage industrial waste and coordinate with external parties for its treatment.
- Develop and implement procedural improvements and oversee their execution.
- Propose and manage projects for continuous improvement of installations.
- Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or hydraulics, or a Bac+2 in water, chemistry, or environmental fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in water treatment and laboratory techniques.
- Knowledge of environmental standards and regulations.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in wastewater treatment or a related field is required.
Degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, hydraulics, or a Bac+2 in water, chemistry, or environmental fields.
