Kering Treasury Manager

- Oversee a direct report responsible for cash positioning and daily cash activities.
- Lead the development and improvement of direct cash flow forecasts and rolling cash flow projections.
- Analyze cash flow variances and trends to provide actionable insights to management.
- Monitor intercompany cash pooling and manage the posting of interest.
- Ensure treasury operations comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage all aspects of letters of credit, including issuance, amendments, and compliance.
- Maintain and manage relationships with local and international banking partners.
- Oversee bank account services, including administration for opening, migrating, and closing accounts.
- Maintain user access and control protocols for banking portals across countries.
- Coordinate the setup of new bank accounts in SAP HFM.
- Oversee the processing and release of payments, ensuring compliance with internal controls.
- Manage intercompany loan agreements and payments, maintaining accurate records.
- Lead special projects as required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of treasury experience in retail or a global organization.
- Experience in managing and leading teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong cash flow forecasting background.
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.
A minimum of 3-5 years in treasury management within the retail sector or a similar global organization is required.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CTA is preferred.
$130,000 - $155,000 per year plus incentives.
