Kering Treasury Manager APAC

- Compile and analyze liquidity forecasts, monitoring the liquidity position.
- Manage regional cash pool and perform cash dis-positioning via SAP.
- Oversee internal and external loan applications and rollovers.
- Administer cash pooling and interest scale in-house postings and bank systems.
- Manage banking credit facilities and ensure sufficient allocation to brands.
- Administer bank e-banking portal accounts, including authorization and service setup.
- Troubleshoot bank account and payment-related issues.
- Implement new bank account and payment infrastructure and SWIFT connectivity.
- Maintain bank account master data, creating, modifying, and closing accounts as needed.
- Manage electronic bank statements and resolve any issues with SAP.
- Coordinate with brands and internal legal teams for external bank account processes.
- Update bank signatories and manage power of attorney processes.
- Support bank documentation updates, including board resolutions.
- Coordinate in-store payment terminal requests and user access.
- Manage bank guarantees, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
- Optimize processes and automate workflows for efficiency.
- Support internal control and audit processes.
- Rotate job scope across multiple countries within the APAC region.
- Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the Regional Treasury and Payment Senior Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or banking.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an MNC environment.
- Proficient in business English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.
- Proactive communication with brand/internal legal teams and bank officers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.
- Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with bank portals and understanding of financial workflows.
- Functional knowledge of treasury and business acumen.
- Experience with Diapason and SAP treasury knowledge is a plus.
- Experience handling regional stakeholders and working with international financial institutions.
3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multinational corporation.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or banking.
