1. Compile and analyze liquidity forecasts, monitoring the liquidity position.
2. Manage regional cash pool and perform cash dis-positioning via SAP.
3. Oversee internal and external loan applications and rollovers.
4. Administer cash pooling and interest scale in-house postings and bank systems.
5. Manage banking credit facilities and ensure sufficient allocation to brands.
6. Administer bank e-banking portal accounts, including authorization and service setup.
7. Troubleshoot bank account and payment-related issues.
8. Implement new bank account and payment infrastructure and SWIFT connectivity.
9. Maintain bank account master data, creating, modifying, and closing accounts as needed.
10. Manage electronic bank statements and resolve any issues with SAP.
11. Coordinate with brands and internal legal teams for external bank account processes.
12. Update bank signatories and manage power of attorney processes.
13. Support bank documentation updates, including board resolutions.
14. Coordinate in-store payment terminal requests and user access.
15. Manage bank guarantees, ensuring accurate records and reconciliation.
16. Ensure compliance with local regulations and global standards.
17. Optimize processes and automate workflows for efficiency.
18. Support internal control and audit processes.
19. Rotate job scope across multiple countries within the APAC region.
20. Perform additional operational tasks as assigned by the Regional Treasury and Payment Senior Manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or banking.
2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in an MNC environment.
3. Proficient in business English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills.

1. Proactive communication with brand/internal legal teams and bank officers.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Forms and Power Automate.
3. Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
4. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Experience with bank portals and understanding of financial workflows.
6. Functional knowledge of treasury and business acumen.
7. Experience with Diapason and SAP treasury knowledge is a plus.
8. Experience handling regional stakeholders and working with international financial institutions.

3-5 years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably within a multinational corporation.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or banking.
