1. Manage and monitor Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status daily.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank and merchant data.
3. Provide administrative support for bank and merchant application forms.
4. Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
5. Assist in Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
6. Post daily cash pooling interest in EBS and system.
7. Coordinate bank form signatures via email and follow up on status.
8. Participate in additional tasks or projects to gain knowledge of Treasury and SAP systems.
9. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
10. Report to Senior Treasurer APAC.

1. Pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Multilingual capabilities in English, Malay, and Mandarin are advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage various stakeholders effectively.

No prior experience required, ideal for students currently pursuing or completing their degree.

Bachelor's Degree in progress or completed in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

Internship allowance of RM1,500 monthly.
