- Manage the status of Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) daily.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank and merchant data.
- Provide administrative support for bank and merchant application forms.
- Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
- Assist with Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
- Facilitate daily cash pooling interest postings in EBS and the system.
- Coordinate bank form signatures and follow up on their status.
- Engage in additional tasks or projects to gain insights into Treasury and SAP systems.
- Report to the Senior Treasurer for the APAC region.
- Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Multilingual capabilities, with English, Malay, and Mandarin being advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and communicate with various stakeholders effectively.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Treasury and finance is preferred.
Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
Internship allowance of RM1,500 monthly.
Interns will gain valuable experience in a global finance shared services center, with exposure to Treasury operations and SAP systems.
