1. Assist in managing Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) status daily
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank/merchant data
3. Provide administrative support and assist with bank and merchant application forms
4. Update Board Resolution copy in SAP
5. Assist in Bank Guarantee application and renewal
6. Assist in daily cash pooling interest posting in EBS and system
7. Arrange bank form signatures via email and follow up on status
8. Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about Treasury and SAP system

1. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher
2. Studying Accounting, Finance, or Business

1. Multilingual – English, Malay, Mandarin is an advantage
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
3. Ability to communicate and manage various stakeholders
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ideal internship duration is 6 months, with a second option of 3 months.
