1. Manage the status of Electronic Bank Statements (EBS) daily.
2. Maintain accurate records and documentation, including bank and merchant data updates.
3. Provide administrative support for bank and merchant application forms.
4. Update Board Resolution copies in SAP.
5. Assist with Bank Guarantee applications and renewals.
6. Support daily cash pooling interest postings in EBS and the system.
7. Coordinate bank form signatures via email and track their status.
8. Engage in additional tasks or projects to gain insights into Treasury and SAP systems.

1. Currently pursuing or completing a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Multilingual capabilities, with English, Malay, and Mandarin being advantageous.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and manage various stakeholders.

No prior experience required, but familiarity with treasury functions and SAP systems is beneficial.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (pursuing or completed).
