1. Coordinate paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with tariff and customs regulations.
2. Prepare and review customs-related documents and broker invoices for accurate coordination with freight carriers, broker agents, and brand partners.
3. Maintain and update electronic files and shipping logs.
4. Evaluate import and export transportation to ensure timely customs release and delivery of all cargo and receivables.
5. Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery.
6. Manage email correspondence for the departmental mailbox with key internal and external stakeholders.
7. Provide support to the Import/Export department as needed.

1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. 2-3 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding including knowledge of Harmonized Tariff classification, and Import & Export requirements for international shipping

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
3. Ability to work effectively and independently
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is a plus
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

2-3 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs Brokerage/Freight Forwarding, with knowledge of Harmonized Tariff classification and international shipping requirements.

$29.00 - $35.00 per hour plus incentives
