Kering Tourism Marketing Key Account

- Support the Tourism Marketing Manager and Coordinator in strategizing short and medium-term plans to attract high-quality visitors to the malls.
- Organize sales calls, B2B trips, meetings, and events to foster collaboration with existing partners and establish new relationships.
- Attend tourism exhibitions and workshops to promote The Mall Luxury Outlets brand and manage follow-up activities.
- Identify and collaborate with luxury hospitality stakeholders to develop effective market strategies.
- Manage relationships with Destination Management Companies (DMCs) in Italy and Cote D’Azur to drive visitor traffic to the malls.
- Analyze market trends and tourist flow data to inform business development strategies.
- Coordinate reservations and organize familiarization trips for potential partners.
- Address the needs of hotels, tour operators, and customers to ensure a unique luxury shopping experience.
- Prepare periodic reports and analyses on market trends and performance metrics.
- Develop travel packages and experiences to promote the mall as a travel destination.
- Organize experiential events to highlight The Mall Luxury Outlets' offerings and nearby tourist attractions.
- Proficiency in Russian, with fluency in English and Italian.
- Previous experience in the luxury tourism industry, such as roles in tour operations, front office, sales, or reservations.
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.
- Ability to build interpersonal relationships with empathy.
- Passion and enthusiasm with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Organizational skills and project management experience are advantageous.

Previous experience in luxury tourism roles such as Incoming Tour Operator, Front Office Agent, Sales Agent, or Reservation Agent is required.
