- Maintain and update the marketing database.
- Coordinate follow-ups from team meetings, fairs, and sales missions.
- Assist in managing newsletter communications.
- Support the organization of marketing events.
- Prepare data for compliance checks.
- Monitor supplier contract statuses.
- Conduct market research for fairs, workshops, and supplier engagements.
- High School or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Travel Industry, Communication, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Eligibility under legally protected categories (L. 68/99) is encouraged.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Flexibility and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in a marketing or tourism-related role is advantageous but not mandatory.
High School or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
